Newmark Retail announces it has completed a 1,030-square-foot lease for the first U.S. location of Rivareno Gelato at Mary Brickell Village located at 901 S Miami Avenue in Miami, Florida. Newmark’s Managing Director John Ellis represented the ownership of Mary Brickell Village, Rockpoint Group, LLC. Luis Gautier of Fortune International Realty represented Rivareno Gelato.

Rivareno is an Italian gelato purveyor known for its gelato made fresh every morning using traditional Italian recipes in their in-store gelato labs across Europe and Australia. Rivareno only uses the finest, highest quality ingredients selected by their freshness, purity and intensity. The brand chose Mary Brickell Village for its abundant foot traffic and excellent co-tenancy offerings. Their first U.S. location will be between Starbucks and Shake Shack near the West Courtyard, which offers green space and a family-friendly vibe.
