On April 30, we celebrated our top-performing agents at our Annual Top Producer Awards Ceremony. The event was held at the Grand Bay Club in Key Biscayne. This year’s celebration was marked by a notable presence of multigenerational teams, with several honorees taking the stage alongside their children, highlighting long-standing relationships and continuity within the company’s agent network.
At the ceremony, Edgardo Defortuna, CEO of Fortune International Group, presented awards across six categories: Centurion, Diamond, Emerald, Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Honorees achieved a minimum of $3 million in closed sales, with top performers in the Centurion category surpassing $100 million in closed sales.
“Our agents continue to adapt to a changing market, new technologies, and new ways of doing business,” said Edgardo Defortuna, CEO of Fortune International Group. “That ability to evolve, while maintaining a high level of service, is what allows us to continue setting the standard as a company.”
This year’s highest honor, the Centurion Award, was presented to agents who surpassed $100 million in closed sales. Honorees included Fabio F. Faerman and Sebastian Faerman, along with Adrian Gonzalez, Adriana Pinto Torres, Arlyz Morales, Eduardo Cofresi, Elizabeth Garcia, Jessie Gesen, Luciene Cofresi, Maria Mariana, Rafael Gonzalez, Raquel Mariana, Tracy Ferrer, and Valeria Lugo.
Diamond Award honorees achieved more than $50 million in closed sales, while Emerald Award honorees achieved $25 million. Both groups were recognized for their performance across the brokerage and development divisions.
Additional awards were presented in the Platinum, Gold and Silver categories, celebrating agents with closed sales starting at $3 million. Nearly 200 professionals were honored across these tiers, reflecting the scale and consistency of Fortune’s agent network. A complete list of award recipients is available here.
Notable attendees included Ana Cristina Defortuna, Ruth Palma, Monica Defortuna, L.J. Rodriguez, Carmen Casadella, Harvey Daniels, Kari Fernandez, Jennie King, and Amparo Fontanet. Katherine Pardo, Associate Vice President and Client Relationship Manager for Christie’s International Real Estate, also attended the ceremony and met with many of the firm’s top-producing agents.
During the event, Ruth Palma, Vice President of Sales for Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate, was also honored by company leadership for her ongoing support of agents and her role in driving transactions across the brokerage. The acknowledgment was met with a standing ovation from attendees.
“The strength of our results comes from agents who understand their market and stay close to their clients,” said Palma. “That genuine care and the relationships they build are what drive long-term success.”
Meet Fortune 2026 Top Producers here. We are proud of you all. Congratulations!
