Miami-based Fortune Christie's International Real Estate has acquired a boutique brokerage in Fort Lauderdale.
 
Kensington & Co., led by Tyler Tuchow, completed its operational merger with Fortune on April 1, said Ruth Palma, managing broker of Fortune Christie's. Following the merger, all eight of Kensington's agents, including Tuchow, will work under the Fortune Christie's International Real Estate banner, she added.
 
Kensington's Fort Lauderdale office at 1038 East Las Olas Blvd. is Fortune Christie's 13th in South Florida and 21st in the Western Hemisphere. Tyler will lead the new office as Fortune Christie's managing partner.
