Tyler, originally from Chicago, visited South Florida with his family when he was a child. He fell in love with Fort Lauderdale so much that he decided to move here permanently in 1990. Tyler specializes in Residential Luxury Waterfront Homes, Condominiums, Pre-Construction as well as all aspects of Commercial Real Estate including Pre-Development, Investment, and locating Franchise properties. He works closely with investors on 1031 exchanges and with his expertise from his years in Finance, he knows how to negotiate and be creative when getting his clients the best deals possible.
Development has always been an area of interest for Tyler. In 2023, Tyler assembled multi-land deals in Edgewater, Miami where he is now a partner on the development of two high-rise projects. Tyler has always admired the Fortune Real Estate team and had an affinity for the founder of Fortune International Group, Edgardo Defortuna. In April 2024, Tyler’s founding company, Kensington & Company Real Estate, merged with Fortune | Christie’s International Real Estate and is now the flagship office in Fort Lauderdale, FL."
